Product descriptions, output ratings and runtime figures are provided in good faith and describe the standard configuration. Capacity, dimensions, weight and packaging are confirmed on the build sheet for each order, because they change with the cell configuration you specify. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; a quotation issued by us is.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock and to the specification being confirmed in writing. An order is accepted when we issue a proforma invoice or a written order confirmation. Prices are exclusive of import duties and taxes in the destination country unless the quotation says DDP.
Specification changes
We may change a component supplier or an internal part without notice provided the published performance is unchanged. Any change that affects form, fit, function or certification is notified in writing and requires your approval before shipment.
Warranty
24 months from shipment on cells, BMS and the output or inverter board, covering manufacturing defects and premature capacity loss outside the published tolerance. Excluded: water ingress on IP20 units, reversed polarity, physical damage, unauthorised repair or cell replacement, and use outside the stated operating temperature. Claims are settled by replacement shipment; the defective unit may be requested for analysis at our cost.
Compliance and destination requirements
We supply the documentation stated on the certifications page for the model you order. It is your responsibility to confirm that the product and its documentation meet the requirements of your destination market before import. We will tell you in writing what a model carries, and what it does not.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data or the cost of a site visit, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Use of this website
The content, structure and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution; you may not republish the site or its product data wholesale. Automated scraping for the purpose of training a model on our content is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zhongshan, Guangdong, unless a signed contract provides otherwise.
