Enter the load in watts and the hours you need to cover. The calculator applies the same method as our runtime guide: usable energy ÷ load, with an 85 % conversion allowance and a temperature derate. It returns a model and a runtime range — not a datasheet figure measured in a laboratory at 25 °C.
Read the adapter, not the device label. Router 12 V / 1 A = 12 W. Four cameras + switch ≈ 32 W.
8 hours — an overnight outage, or a scheduled disconnect.
Above 40 °C internal, lithium capacity and inverter efficiency both fall. This is the factor most quotes leave out.
Estimate only. Assumes a new pack, 80 % depth of discharge, 85 % conversion efficiency and the temperature factor above. Surge loads from motors and compressors are not modelled — tell us if the load has one.
Same load, same temperature, every platform we build. Rows where the load exceeds the model's rating are marked, because recommending an overloaded unit is how sites fail.

Adapters, camera models or a cabinet photo are enough. You get a model, a runtime figure and the documents for your market.
