What we collect
- Enquiry data — name, company, email, country, application, load and runtime figures, and anything you write in the message field.
- Technical data — page views, referring source, approximate country and device type, if analytics is enabled for this site.
- Campaign data — UTM parameters in the link you arrived from, stored with the enquiry so we know which page produced it.
We do not collect payment data on this site, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to quote, and to keep a record of what was quoted and shipped. Where we rely on a legal basis, it is either the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or your consent where consent was requested.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Order, shipping and warranty records are kept for as long as the warranty and the applicable tax and export rules require.
Who sees it
Our sales and engineering team, and the service providers needed to run the business: email hosting, the website platform, and the freight forwarder once a shipment is booked. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose. We do not pass your enquiry to a third-party broker, and we do not share your specification with another customer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sales@pelinkvera.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

This site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is configured with IP anonymisation. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any page here.
