We are an export house, not a factory, and we say so on the first page. What that buys you is narrower and more useful than a factory tour: one party who answers for the output, the paperwork and the date.
We start from your load, ambient temperature and outage length, then set the BMS thresholds, connector and enclosure. The factory builds to that sheet — not the other way round.
Every unit is aged at rated output for at least four hours before packing. Capacity, transfer time and thermal rise are logged against its serial number, and that record ships with the batch.
One engineer handles your file from quote to claim. If a unit fails in the field you get a diagnosis and a replacement, not a factory e-mail address and a translation problem.
Enclosure colour, silkscreen, output connector, cable length, BMS cut-off points, packaging and manual language are all open. We quote the tooling and the minimum run separately, so you can see what is a one-time cost and what is per unit.

Custom voltage, connector or enclosure work needs a higher starting point because the line has to be re-set — we confirm that against your specification rather than quoting a number on a web page.

No. We are an export house: we specify, inspect and ship, and the manufacturing partners behind our lines build to our specification. That is why we can change a BMS threshold or a connector without a tooling negotiation, and why every unit carries a test record with a serial number.
24 months on the unit, covering cells, BMS and the inverter or output board. Consumables and physical damage are excluded. Claims are settled by replacement shipment rather than a repair return, which is why 2% spares travel with every order.
