We build to your specification: enclosure colour, silkscreen, output connector, cable length, BMS cut-off points, packaging and manual language. Tooling and minimum run are quoted as separate lines, so you can see what is a one-time cost and what is per unit. First article in about two weeks after spec sign-off.
Load, runtime, connector, enclosure, market and volume. A drawing or a competitor sample is a valid brief — we will tell you what it implies for cost.
We come back with the platform that fits, the tooling that is genuinely required, and the minimum run. Two lines, separately priced.
One document: model code, electrical limits, connector drawing, thresholds, packaging and document set. This is what gets built, not the e-mail thread.
About two weeks. You test it, or we run the test to your protocol and send the trace. Changes here are cheap; changes after tooling are not.
Silkscreen, mould or enclosure change, carton artwork. Tooling is paid once and stays with the project.
Four to six weeks after sample approval, every unit aged and serial-logged, 2 % spares included. Shipments can be phased if you are rolling out region by region.
No hidden line items. If a cost is real, it appears; if it is an estimate, it is labelled as one.
| Line | What it covers | One-time or per unit |
|---|---|---|
| Tooling | Mould, jig or enclosure change specific to your build | One-time |
| Sample | First article, built on the production line | Per unit, credited against the first batch |
| Unit price | Material, assembly, aging, packaging | Per unit, tiered by quantity |
| Documentation | Declaration, test summary, MSDS per configuration | Per configuration |
| Freight | Quoted at booking, FOB or DDP | Per shipment |
Tier breaks, payment terms and exclusivity are discussed on the quote, not on this page — they depend on volume and market.
Load, runtime, market and volume is enough to start. If the platform does not fit, we will say so before you spend anything on tooling.
